12月16日下午 ，由南京财经大学k8凯发(中国)与物流管理学院承办的第一届管理前沿与创新国际年会“供应链管理理论与创新”分论坛之平行论坛二 ，投稿学者交流会在行政楼1406会议室召开 。全国优秀论文投稿的部分学者应邀参会 ，k8凯发(中国)与物流管理学院吴志华教授 、物流管理系主任范建昌副教授 、市场营销系杨海龙副教授以及部分本科生 、研究生代表参加了此次论坛 。论坛由范建昌主任主持 。

投稿学者就投稿论文进行了现场分享 。论坛上半场 ，浙江财经大学段玉兰作《Does online retailer’s service investment matter? Optimal reputation certification strategies in a hybrid e-commerce platform》 ，南京航空航天大学刘文龙作《What if a doctor gouges online? Heterogeneity and spillover effect》 ，安徽财经大学赵星欣作《Technological diversification and innovation performance: Moderating effects of supply chain governance and ownership in Chinese listed firms》 ，东北财经大学吴帅军作《Customer Stability and Total Factor Productivity—A Dual Perspective Based on Type I Agency Costs and Firm Reputation》学术演讲 。

论坛下半场 ，浙江大学陈立峰作《Knowledge Spillovers along the Sustainable Supply Chain: The Role of Long- Term Orientation》 ，中山大学陈葳作《Cooperation or Conspiracy: The effect of supply chain executives on corporate misconduct》 ，北京师范大学汤梓燊作《The Impact of Digital Innovation on the Cost of Equity Capital: Empowerment or Disempowerment? A Supply Chain Contagion Analysis》 ，南京财经大学何良兴作《Family size, impulsivity, and unintended entrepreneurial action: A study based on fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis》主题分享 。

杨海龙副教授和吴志华教授分别对上下半场的报告论文进行了依次点评和互动 。与会者并就相关问题展开了热烈讨论 。此次会议加强了供应链管理领域内的前沿学术研究交流 ，有利于推动专业理论的深化和学术创新的发展 。
